                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
                   (FINAL), PROJECT S(J)-1-92, MORRISON SPRINGS
                   ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, WITH MAYSE CONSTRUCTION
                   CO., INC., WHICH CHANGE ORDER WILL DECREASE
                   THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA'S PORTION IN THE
                   AMOUNT OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED
                   SEVENTEEN AND 61/100 DOLLARS ($18,217.61)
                   FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                   FOUR HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                   SEVENTY-THREE AND 32/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order No. 3 (Final), Project S(J)-1-92, Morrison Springs
       Road Improvements, with Mayse Construction Co., Inc., which 
change
       order will decrease the City of Chattanooga's portion in the
       amount of $18,217.61, for a total contract amount not to exceed
       $402,573.32.
